Our Story
Discover Panama Realtors was founded in 2015 by Carolina Santamaría, a licensed real estate broker with a clear vision: to provide a personalized, professional, and transparent service to those looking to invest or settle in Panama.
Carolina has been working in the real estate industry since 2011, building extensive experience and market knowledge that today supports every consultation she offers to her clients.
Throughout her career, Carolina has strengthened her expertise by participating in major international real estate events, expanding her network and global market knowledge. She is a member of the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers and Developers (ACOBIR) and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). She is also recognized as a Realtor by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and holds the international designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), reflecting her commitment to the highest professional standards.
