Created to be one of the classics of Panamanian Neomodern architecture by its designer, the firm of Mallol and Wolfschoon, Casa Le Cube Mallol was created as a testament to simplicity and its contrast with the exuberant vegetation that surrounds it, part of the adjoining Parque Metropolitano, creating a dialogue between architecture and Nature. Its occupants will be able to appreciate how the double height ceilings in the living room and the glass surface that separates it from the garden, give the sensation of being part of the surrounding vegetation. It is a house with generous but practical spaces, with luxury finishes, such as marble that adorns the internal walls of the living/dining room, all floors and bathrooms. Although it currently has two rooms, the third can easily be enabled, even with its own bathroom. The roof terrace doubles as a practical open terrace, ideal for entertaining. The main bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the trees.

Creada para ser unos de los clásicos de la arquitectura Neomoderna Panameña por su diseñador, la firma de Mallol & Wolfschoon, la Casa Le Cube Mallol se creo como un testamento a la simplicidad y su contraste con la exuberante vegetación que le rodea, parte del colindante Parque Metropolitano, creando un dialogo entre la arquitectura y la Naturaleza. Sus ocupantes podrán apreciar como la doble altura de su sala y la superficie de vidrio que la separa del jardín, dan la sensación de formar parte de la vegetación que le rodea. Es una casa de espacios generosos pero prácticos, que cuenta con acabados de lujo como el mármol que adorna las paredes internas de la sala/comedor, pisos y baños. Aunque actualmente cuenta con dos habitaciones, fácilmente se puede habilitar las tercera, inclusive con su propio baño. La azotea dobla como una práctica terraza abierta, ideal para entretener.
