Large Farm For Sale at Caldera, Chiriquí DPR136

• Located in the Corregimiento de Caldera, District of Boquete and registered in the property section, Province of Chiriquí. Access to them is directly by car  on the asphalt road.
• The farm adjoin approximately 700m of asphalt road on the front.

 Description:

The farm form a single terrain balloon, with an elongated shape, which we can say runs parallel with the asphalt road and part of the Rio Caldera with those who limit it. Its shape is irregular and its perimeter is delimited by fences of barbed wire to 4 and 5 ropes, new, on wooden estacones, also by the Rio Caldera and by ravines in its back.

 The farm has soils of sandy clay loam type, of dark, fertile colors, with distribution of volcanic rock over it. It has agricultural characteristics and has good drainage.

 The natural waters are some streams, which are formed by springs of water (water eyes) that exist within the farms and that have an abundant and permanent character.

 The farm has approximately 5 hectares planted in coffee with ages of 2 and 3 years of the caturra, geisha and mundo novo varieties, which have already started their production.

 The rest of the land is cultivated in improved pastures such as those of the genus Brachiaria brisanta, where there are divisions of pastures for livestock grazing.

 On the farms there are many timber trees distributed such as siguas, cedars, guachapali and other species, which help to maintain natural waters with cool temperatures in the area.

 In an area of ​​the Rio Caldera, a water intake has been created, which by pipes of 4 inches in diameter takes the water to a higher part where a reserve tank will be established to create an agricultural irrigation system that will serve to the plants for the summer seasons.
The water is driven by motor-pumps.

 A house for the caregiver has been built in an area of ​​the farm. On this same farm there is a corral for livestock work .

 Descripción:

Las finca forma un solo globo de terreno, de forma alargada, que podemos decir que corre paralelo con la carretera asfaltada y parte del Rio Caldera con quienes limitan. Su forma es irregular y su perímetro está delimitado por cercas de alambre de púas a 4 y 5 cuerdas, nuevas, sobre estacones de madera, también por el Rio Caldera y por barrancos en su parte posterior.

 La finca posee suelos de tipo franco arcillo arenoso, de colores oscuros, fértiles, con distribución de roca volcánica sobre él. Presenta características agrícolas y tiene buen drenaje.

 Las aguas naturales la constituyen algunas quebradas, que se forman por nacientes de agua (ojos de agua) que existen dentro de las fincas y que tienen carácter abundante y permanente.

 A la fecha la finca tiene aproximadamente 5Has. sembradas en café con edades de 2 y 3 años de las variedades caturra, geisha y mundo novo, que ya iniciaron su producción.

 El resto del terreno esta cultivado en pastos mejorados como los del genero Brachiaria brisanta, donde existen divisiones de potreros para el pastoreo del ganado.

 Sobre las fincas existen distribuidos muchos árboles maderables tales como siguas, cedros, guachapali y de otras especies, los que ayudan a mantener las aguas naturales con las temperaturas frescas de la zona.

 En un área del Rio Caldera, se ha creado una toma de agua, que por tuberías de 4 pulgadas de diámetro se lleva el agua a una parte más alta donde se establecerá un tanque de reserva para crear un sistema de riego agrícola que le sirva a las plantas para las épocas de verano.

El agua es impulsada por moto-bombas.

 En un área de la finca  se ha construido una casa para el cuidador. Sobre esta misma finca existe un corral para trabajo de ganado con chutra de embarque construida en metal.
